By accessing and using hongmiaostone.com website, you agree to accept all the following terms and conditions. Hongmiao Stone Co., Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice.

Product & Quotation
All stone product pictures, sizes and prices on the website are for reference only. Final quotation, stone color, texture and dimensions shall be confirmed by formal sales contract. Natural stone has inherent color difference and texture variation, which will not be regarded as product defects.
Order & Payment
All formal orders require deposit payment to arrange production. Full balance shall be settled before shipment. We accept Visa and other international payment methods as shown on our website. All international tariffs, customs fees and local taxes shall be borne by buyers.
Shipment & Damage Compensation
We will carefully pack stone goods to avoid breakage during transit. If damage occurs during shipping, buyers must provide clear photos within 48 hours after receiving goods for compensation negotiation. We do not take responsibility for damage caused by improper local unloading.
Return & Exchange
Custom-cut stone products cannot be returned or exchanged. Stock standard slabs can be exchanged within 7 working days if unused and undamaged; buyers bear round-trip freight.
